Classroom 205: Declaration of Independence

Preamble
We the students of Classroom 205, in order to form a more faultless classroom, establish fairness, insure a safe environment for all, provide assistance for students, encourage all to do their best, and secure the freedom of all students in Classroom 205, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the Classroom of 205.

Article I
The People Branch will consist of the students and teachers of Classroom 205.
Qualifications:
• You must be a student of Classroom 205 in A. E. Burdick
• You must be a teacher of the Classroom 205 in A.E. Burdick School

Main Duties of the priesident Sknonecki: Approve and assist in creation of acts by the judicial and executive branch

Grievances Against Mr. Skonecki
• He eats in front of us, and not let us do that
• He hits students
• He talks to much
• He ignores his students when he's at his laptop
• He calls people names which aren’t their names, Like Taylor V.
• He does not let us chew gum but he chews gum all the time
• Assigns too much classwork and homework
• Teases us
• Does not give us enough computer time
• He needs to give us a longer breaks
• Give us more outside time on Fridays
• He counts down from ten, if everybody is not in the classroom, he brings the green slips(DETENTION SLIPS!) out !!!

Article II
The Executive branch will consist of the president and Team of Success.

Qualifications:
• You must have a GPA of 3.5 or higher
• You must be a STUDENT of room 205
• You must have been a student of Burdick for the last semester
• You cannot have ANY detentions, unofficial detentions, 72s or suspensions within the last semester
• You have to get good grades, or your not able to pass the 8th grade.

Main Duty: Lead the classroom towards academic achievement and success.

Article III
The Judicial branch will consist of the Classroom Court and the Team of Protection. Help others if they need help with the class work to be friendly. Ask for help if you don't get the question, that he wants you to answer.
